And the Chandelier Dilemma Continues

Still chandelier obsessed, the more I see the more I can’t make up my mind. They are all so beautiful. However, I do see a pattern to the ones that catch my eye. I like the Victorian style with little or no hanging ornamentation but I am also drawn to the more contemporary tailored barrel shade pendant styles as well. Luckily, during my search, I found styles that combine these two design features. One of the best sites that I found is lampsplus.com. You can select the style you are looking for and then narrow down you results based on finish, brand, usage, size, price etc. They also offer custom Giclee shades that can be adapted to your very own personal style sense.

And, I am still in my “I want to create my own unique “one of a kind” design” mode. I really think I can do it with a little research, a thrift store find, and a trip to my local lighting shop for spare parts. Here is one Kim Myles designed on an episode of Myles of Style.

Until I make up my mind- buy or DIY, I will keep searching for styles that I love just in case I decide to buy one instead. Here are some more of my favorites from LampPlus.
