Taking Advantage of Indian Summer
I decided to forgo the usual mom and work responsibilities to take advantage of this Indian Summer weather and continue working on my soon-to-be redesigned dining room table and chairs. Still undecided on what color to paint the chairs or what fabric I plan to use. A part of me wants to be daring and choose a bright unconventional color. Why not? I can always repaint them when I have a “what was I thinking?” change of heart. Since I am in the priming stage, I have a little time to decide, but then again, not too much time as this beautiful weather is forecasted only until Friday.
Got to run and finish priming! So little time before I have to pick up my number two son. Once I pick up, it’s homework, dinner prep and a quick drop off to grandma’s (a common chain of events when my husband is unable to get home before my scheduled departure) so that I can attend a Word Press class/meetup tonight in Manhattan.
