A DIY Thank You!

A few months ago, I helped my friend, Andrea, cover her dining room chairs and she, in turn, recovered her friend Ellen’s chairs. All I did was supply the electric staple gun and upholstery tools. Much to my surprise, I received this bracelet as a thank you. Ellen loves to bead and made this for me. It’s really cool because she made it using memory wire which allows it to always retain it’s shape. What a lovely gift. Thanks Ellen!

It is so rewarding when I can help others to achieve their DIY goals, and when they turn around and help someone else, it becomes that much more gratifying. DIY is a gift that keeps on giving. I like that.
