Holiday Ornaments

I know, I know, I guess you can say I have been a little naughty by not posting for a while, but I think Santa will understand and I hope you will too. My goal this year was to fill our tree with my very own handmade ornaments. Well, let’s just say, I gave it my best try.

Although, I didn’t make enough to add to my collection of handmade ornaments from years past to fill the entire tree, I came up with an easy “no brainer” design that I absolutely love. I will share the “how to’s” in a later post. Here is a peek (please forgive my photography skills) at some ornaments from Christmas Present and Christmas Past.

Remember those buttons I purchased a while back? A work in progress, I have a little more layering to go but they warrant inclusion here and on the tree.

I got this idea from a book. I thought I would put my ribbon and trim remnants to good use.

And from Christmas past:

I plan on starting early next year in order to achieve a totally DIY tree. Have you made any fun or unique ornaments this year? Please share.
